E-sign
Add a visible typed signature to your PDF. This is a visual signature, not a cryptographic certificate.
A typed signature is a visible mark. It does not create a certificate-based digital signature. Standard-font text supports Latin characters. Interactive input forms, encrypted PDFs and complex rendering filters are not supported by the preview.
How to use E-sign
Choose a static PDF with up to 300 pages and use Previous or Next to select a page.
Enter the signature name, select a font size and click where the visible mark should appear.
Select Save PDF to add the content. You can add more marks or fields, then download the updated document.
Good to know
Text tools add content and cannot remove existing text. Standard fonts support Latin characters. The preview does not support encrypted documents, interactive input forms or some advanced rendering filters. Rotate a page to 0 degrees before placing content. A typed signature does not add a cryptographic certificate.
