Terms of Use

Using the tools

FreshConvert provides free tools for converting files in your browser or with its conversion server. Use files you own or have permission to process. You remain responsible for your files and how you use the results.

Keep your originals

Conversion can change image quality, file metadata and document features. Review downloaded results before relying on them and retain a backup of important originals. PDF merging is intended for ordinary static documents; annotations, signatures, forms, bookmarks and attachments are not preserved.

Availability and limits

Features depend on browser support and available device memory. File size and batch limits apply. The tools are provided as available without a promise that every file or device will be supported. These terms do not exclude rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy

Browser tools keep selected files on your device. Tools labeled server processing send files to this instance for temporary processing. Read the privacy policy for information about file processing and website requests.
